mabel has bluebirds

mabel baughman has bluebirds. 2 babies born today and 2 eggs in nest. i had not noticed any activity but when i checked the nest today i found mother sitting on nest and discovered the babies and eggs. they have had this nest built for almost two months. mabel lives on cochrane lane in dallas. i have one more nest of bluebirds,with babies on cochrane lane. thank you lloyd

BABIES LEAVE NEST

THE BLUEBIRD BABIES HAVE LEFT THE NEST. SOME LEFT IN THE AFTERNOON ON JUNE 16 AND THE REMAINDER FLEDGED IN THE MORNING ON JUNE 17. I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL AROUND THE AREA IN NEARBY TREES AND ON MY DECK. THANKS LLOYD

5 babies june 10 2009

today june 10,2009 mb and i banded 5 bb babies. they were very fat. there were 2 females and three males. jm 10,11,12 13and14. the bb babies were at least 12 days old. dewayne and amy doing a good job taking care of their babies. mealworms have doubled in price. i have 3 families of bluebirds on cochrane lane at three different residences. thanks everyone lloyd

2009 BLUEBIRD BABIES

dewayne and amy have new babies born 5-30-2009. i checked the nest on 5-31 only saw 4 babies. amy was not happy with me looking in her house. she took mealworms to nest to feed babies.

amy has laid 5 eggs and probably will lay 1 more today or tommorrow and then start incubating. we should have babies in 2 weeks plus thanks lloyd
